Gary, Lexi and Teddywise

Gary and Lexi have been arguing again and this time it seems Lexi wants to give Gary the silent treatment. Who will she talk to in the meantime?

Lexi has a giant teddy-bear that she's had since a funfair date she had with her first boyfriend. She called him Teddywise and it has to be the only thing she is unconditionally kind to! Gary has been ignored for three hours and then decides to watch some Netflix on his own. However Lexi, now wearing her onesie, decided to join him. The only condition was that she had company, which she sat on the opposite end of the sofa so that she would have to look away from Gary when talking to Teddywise.

'So, you're replacing me the teddy now?' Gary asked wearily. Whether Lexi responded or not would confirm his answer, but to his surprise she did speak.

'Yup.' That was the only word Lexi spoke to Gary for the remainder of that day. It wasn't until Gary stumped his toe on the sofa the next day that Lexi started talking to him again!

Chips! Mmmm!

I hadn't drawn Foey or Plottie in a while and wanted to draw them. While having a conversation with someone I came up with an idea that although not evil, would still work for these two. In case you couldn't tell, the conversation was about chip shops.

I'm gonna get my biggest problem with this piece out of the way, this chips look orange. They were coloured using a yellow pen but the orange I've used for Foey is on the more yellow side and so by comparison the chips look almost the same colour. It doesn't help that the background is a proper yellow!

It was a bit difficult drawing Foey and Plottie but given that it's been a long time for both of them I'm not surprised. I think it is noticeable that I had struggle drawing these two but despite that they do still look good.

Do you think evil ever stops for chips? Would your bad guy OCs ever stop for chips? I'd be interested to hear about your antagonist or villain's habits!

Droey and Olivia's Spook

Today's post takes us back in time to a point when Droey and Olivia were still together. This is when they both decided to go to a haunted house for Halloween.

The duo dressed up as Scooby and Shaggy; Olivia's costume was harder to make but with Droey's help they achieved something that would do the trick. It was a cold night and Droey began to regret only wearing a red shirt with a vest beneath. Luckily for him, Olivia made up for that with numerous cuddles in an attempt to keep Droey warm.

Once they were in the haunted house, no amount of cuddles could've kept either Droey or Olivia warm. There was the suspense of waiting for something to happen and the cold temperature that had drowned the atmosphere. Despite her confidence, Olivia insisted on Droey going first; the only reason he agreed to is that if he felt like turning the other way at any point, Olivia would be there.

There was a conservatory at the back of the house which was meant to overlook a vast private land, but it's greenery has overgrown and dominated the conservatory. Now it was more like a swamp cased in glass. Droey and Olivia continued along the stamped out pathway that had been made for visitors. It was a slow and nervous trek, until Droey noticed something rustling.

Droey pointed at it discretely so that Olivia would know to expect something there. As they peered around the corner, they really were taken by surprise! Zorica was the first to scream, then Droey and Olivia and lastly Gary yelped. Quickly the four recovered and promised not to speak of their encounter to anyone else. Zorica and Gary had only been making out but were still awfully embarrassed about being caught then screamed at!

Droey and Olivia decided that the next time Halloween came around, they would just go and see a movie. Perhaps Gary and Zorica should have done the same!
